Filipino
seafarer by practicing the highest standard of medical care and service in the global maritime
industry and in compliance with international, local, legal, and flag state regulations.
To uphold the delivery service at the highest level will require the total commitment, dedication,
and proactive participation of all Halcyon employees.
This objective will be achieved by operating a Quality Management System in accordance with
the latest ISO standards.
